Fundraising to ensure the long-term sustainability of your organisation’s continued delivery of its mission is both challenging and fulfilling.  Strategic Grants exists to help charities raise funds specifically through the acquisition of grants from both philanthropic and government sources.  We believe in the grants process as a Fundraising tool in which grant makers are major donors to your organisation and should be treated as such.

Having worked as a Grants Consultant since 2002, Director of Strategic Grants, Jo Garner, has helped charities across Australia raise millions of dollars to deliver important projects that are meeting community need.  Passionate about the charitable sector and philanthropy, nothing gives Jo greater job satisfaction than playing a part in winning grants for projects that help charities achieve their mission.  As such, she strives to deliver only excellence to ensure positive client outcomes through a cost effective and high quality service.

Philanthropic Trusts and Foundations are established to provide grants to fulfil a charitable purpose, cause or mission.  Likewise, government grant rounds are offered to find community partners to deliver community services that meet an identified social need. Strategic Grants offers a suite of services that can help your organisation access the most relevant grants funding for your organisation.

With the support of a dedicated team of experts, Strategic Grants also offers organisational and project evaluation services in addition to full copywriting services. 

Fees and Ethical Practice

As an Executive Member of the Fundraising Institute Australia (FIA), Strategic Grants Director, Jo Garner, abides by the FIA’s Professional Code of Conduct and Ethics, and as such, Strategic Grants does not provide services on a commission basis. Proposals and quotes are provided on request and are tailored to meet your organisation’s specific needs.

Strategic Grants is about fundraising through grants.  Therefore, regular reviews take place to monitor performance against budget targets to ensure appropriate fundraising cost-profit ratios are being adhered to.

While we cannot of course guarantee successful outcomes, we can ensure that effective grants processes have been implemented to best position your organisation in competitive funding rounds.
