Terms and Conditions for Prize Draw: 2025 Benchmarking Survey
1. Promoter
The promoter is Strategic Grants ABN 58 140 784 943, located at 655 Sherwood Road, Sherwood QLD 4005 Australia.
2. Eligibility
- The prize draw is open to Australian and New Zealand organisations that are active subscribers to the Strategic Grants’ GEM (Grants Expertise Management System) Portal or GEM Local at the time of entry.
- Directors, employees, agents, and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
- The promotion opens at 8:00 AM AEDT on Monday, 17 November 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on Friday, 16 January 2026.
- Only entries received during the promotion period will be accepted.
- The Promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date of the promotion at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to insufficient survey responses or unforeseen circumstances. Any extension will be communicated via the Strategic Grants website and/or direct notification to eligible entrants.
4. How to Enter
- Entrants gain entry by fully completing and submitting the benchmarking survey via their GEM Portal Knowledge Centre before the closing date.
- One entry per eligible organisation.
5. Prize
- Two organisations will be drawn as winners:
- Each winning organisation will receive a $2,500 charitable donation, paid to their nominated bank account in the currency of their country (Australia or New Zealand), and a gift hamper valued at approximately $200, delivered to their nominated address.
Prizes are awarded to organisations, not individuals, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Each winning organisation is responsible for distributing the hamper internally.
Winners accept the prize at their own risk. The Promoter will coordinate prize delivery directly with winner.
6. Draw Details
- The draw will be held in Queensland, Australia, on Friday, 23 January 2026.
- The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries.
- If the closing date of the promotion is extended, the draw date may also be extended accordingly. The new draw date will be scheduled to occur no later than one week after the revised closing date, unless otherwise notified.
7. Winner Notification & Prize Claim
- The winner will be notified by email or phone within 2 business days following the draw if they reside in New South Wales; otherwise, notification will be within 7 to 14 days.
- The winner must claim the prize within 14 days or an alternative winner may be drawn.
- Prize delivery details will be coordinated directly with the winner.
8. Privacy
- Entrant information will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy .
- Entrant data may be used for marketing purposes with entrant consent.
- Data collected from New Zealand entrants will comply with New Zealand privacy laws.
9. General Conditions
- The promotion is governed by Australian law, except where New Zealand entrants’ rights under New Zealand law apply.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion including amending entry and draw dates, in cases of force majeure, insufficient entries, or other circumstances beyond its control. Any such changes will be communicated as soon as practicable..
- The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Additional Terms for New Zealand Entrants
- All New Zealand entries must comply with New Zealand’s Prize Competition Game Rules.
- No prize competition entry fee or purchase is required beyond the eligible service and subscription purchase.
- The promoter commits to compliance with New Zealand’s requirements for public notification and prize awarding timelines.
11. Liability and Disclaimers
- The promoter excludes all liability to the extent permitted by law.
- Winners accept the prize at their own risk regarding usage.
